Kathryn Hotte

Kathryn, President & Chief Learning Office, Hotte Consulting, brings with her 30+ years of experience in sales and corporate executive management as well as developing and facilitating training programs in over 16 countries. Kathryn has received many accolades over the years, including national and international awards for sales achievement, Economic Development of Alberta awards for RABC Business Incubator and Raising the Roof in Rural Alberta, Women of Influence Award in the Business & Professional Category and, most notably, a Training Excellence award from the Canadian Society for Training & Development. She was formerly the President of the Durham Ontario Home & Small Business Association in Ontario and received a Business of the Year Award through that association. Kathryn is the President & Chief Learning Officer for her company Hotte Consulting Inc. as well she served as the Small Business Advisor for the Rural Alberta Business Centre in Cold Lake.?

Dale has been a resident of Beaumont for over 18 years. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant, with Eagle Eye Accounting Solutions and has been practicing in Beaumont for over 5 years. He has over 20 years of experience as an executive, business owner and entrepreneur and has held positions of CFO and COO for various companies. Being a business owner and entrepreneur, he enjoys workings with clients and sharing his experience and knowledge as he develops business plans and tax strategies for businesses and individuals. He has also been a member of various boards and committees and continually looks for ways to be involved in the community and support local organizations.

Kashmir (Kash) Gill brings over 30 years of experience supporting entrepreneurs, start-ups, and early-stage technology ventures to grow through business and technological innovation. Following leadership roles in the private sector and with the National Research Council of Canada Industrial Research Assistance Program (NRC-IRAP), he now focuses on strengthening economic development in Beaumont and the broader region by helping founders start, scale, and de-risk their businesses. As President and CEO of NuTEC Advisors Corp., Kash provides strategic advice, coaching, and mentorship, connecting entrepreneurs to strong regional, national, and global networks. A seven-year Beaumont resident, he is actively involved in civic and community-building initiatives, including serving on City committees and supporting projects that enhance local quality of life and recreation. Kash also brings extensive governance experience, with service on the Boards of Goodwill Industries of Alberta, Rotary Club of Edmonton South, Beaumont Chamber of Commerce, and the Council of the University of Liverpool, UK, and previously advising the Government of Alberta on innovation and economic growth.

Curtis Haley is a proud resident of Beaumont since 2015. Curtis has nearly 25 years of banking experience and currently is the Manager, Cash Management for the Edmonton TD Commercial Banking Centre. Originally from Eastern Canada, Curtis has had the pleasure to be part of multiple Chamber of Commerce boards across the country. His involvement includes the President of the Beaumont Chamber of Commerce from 2018 to 2020. Curtis is married to his wife (Nikki) and has two children (Keegan and Tristan). Curtis is a sport enthusiast and loves to golf in the summer and curl in the winter.

Tricia is a Certified Health Insurance Specialist and Elder Planning Counsellor. She has served families and self-employed individuals for over 20 yrs. She earned a BA with Honors from Dalhousie University and an Associate Degree in Science from Camosun College. In her free time, Tricia enjoys spending time with her 2 Miniature Australian Shepherds Bruin (2) and Jasper (11). She is a proud auntie to her nephew Amis. She donates her time and resources to local charities. Tricia is proud to live and work in Beaumont.
